This season, the UEFA Conference League will present its fourth edition, where football clubs that are members of UEFA will meet. The tournament, which has been held since 2021, is called the UEFA Conference League this season. Gent from Belgium, Panathinaikos from Greece, as well as Olympia from Slovenia and other teams that occupy 9th to 24th places in the overall ranking after the completion of the main stage will compete for a place in the 1/8 finals of the tournament.
The Wroclaw Stadium (Poland) is the home arena of the Śląska football club, which has twice become the champion of Poland. This stadium holds more than 40,000 spectators and is the third largest among football arenas in the country. The stadium was completed in 2011 for Euro 2012 and has since become one of the key arenas for hosting football matches for the national team.
The winner of the UEFA Europa League Cup will be determined on May 28. It is 57.5 centimeters high and weighs 11 kilograms. Each of the 32 hexagonal plates symbolizes a team participating in the group stage. The plates are curved upwards and extend from the base of the cup. The base and top of the trophy are made of bronze. The plates are decorated with a shiny silver coating. The design of the trophy was developed by the British company Pentagram.
